1. Where do you ship? 
    Wherever you are we will get you coffee – we deliver Ireland, Uk, Europe and Worldwide.
  2. When will my subscription arrive? Ask Alin to confirm…
    We ship orders every Thursday. Irish residents will receive delivery with 1-2 working days. International deliveries can take anywhere between 3 – 7 working days depending on location.
  3. What should I do if I change my address?
    Just login to your account and amend the details from there or email hello@9thdegree.ie and we will amend your details.
  4. As a subscriber do I get anything else with my coffee?
    Your coffee will be delivered in a letterbox friendly box containing a postcard of information about your coffee. We will also email you a video about your coffee. As a subscriber you will also have first choice on our micro lots and any other special coffees we will receive during the year.
  5. Which Coffee will I be receiving?
    As we are a micro roastery you will receive a different single origin coffee on each delivery.
  6. Can I get my coffee ground?
    Yes of course we can grind your coffee to suit your brewing method.
  7. What If I need to pause my subscription?
    No problem just login to your account and you can pause it from there.
  8. How long will my subscription last?
    Your subscription will last until you pause or cancel.
  9. How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can simply login to your account and cancel it from there.
